We deliver these construction services primarily through:
1. Design-build
This increasingly popular method of construction enables you to work with a single entity to take your project from the inception stage through the design and engineering to construction and occupancy.
Once we have met with you and determined your needs, we will help you establish a budget for the entire project. Since we combine design service with our knowledge of construction costs, we can control the costs throughout the entire process through value engineering. Once the final cost estimate is established, we will complete the design and construct your building for a firm, fixed cost.
2. Construction Management
With this method, a design is prepared and a preliminary budget is established. For a fixed percentage or fee, we will then act as your agent to solicit bids from multiple qualified sub-contractors for each phase of the work. We will review each bid with you and recommend appropriate choices and we will constantly monitor the project's cost and schedule as each trade's bids are received. You, as the Owner, realize the benefit of paying the actual cost of the work, plus a predetermined fee. This method is very useful where time is critical and a fast-track approach is necessary.
