Renovation & Fit-Out Projects

Delta Building Corporation has successfully completed many renovation and fit-out projects for our new and existing clients. Projects have ranged from simple alterations and repairs, to new facades, re-roof work, retail and office fit-outs and complete building renovations and restorations. This work has been handled on a design-build basis with Delta Building Corporation providing the complete turn-key package and with the use of design services commissioned by our clients as well. Much of this work has been completed with Delta’s own in-house team of professionals, ensuring a quality job and on-time, on-budget performance. When the project requires a specialty trade or other specific requirements we have the available resources to get the job done.
